The challenge

A legacy structural bracket, originally qualified over a decade earlier, needed full AS9100 traceability documentation rebuilt from a drawing set that predated the customer's current digital record-keeping requirements — without altering the qualified part in any way.

What we did

Our quality team rebuilt the full first-article inspection report from the original drawing, cross-referenced every dimension against the legacy tooling, and produced a complete material and process traceability chain suitable for the customer's current audit standard.

The bracket passed customer audit on first submission, and the rebuilt documentation package is now the reference record for every future production run.
