Overview
Anodizing, plating and coating are run under the same roof as the machining and fabrication that precedes them, so a finished part never leaves the building between a machining pass and its final surface treatment.
Finish is specified by function first — corrosion resistance, conductivity, wear, or cosmetic appearance — with RoHS-compliant options available as standard across every process we offer.
Process Overview
How a part moves through surface treatment
Surface Preparation
Parts are cleaned and prepped to remove oils, oxidation or machining residue.
Treatment Application
Anodizing, plating, powder coat or chemical conversion is applied per specification.
Curing / Drying
Parts are cured or dried under controlled conditions specific to the finish applied.
Quality Check
Thickness, adhesion and visual checks are run against the finish specification.
Packaging
Finished parts are packaged to prevent handling damage before dispatch.
Quality Checks
What we verify at every step
Coating thickness gauge verification
Adhesion testing on sample parts
Visual inspection for coverage and cosmetic defects
