Overview
Our CNC machining line runs 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling centers alongside CNC turning cells, covering everything from single prototype parts to running production batches without leaving the building.
Simultaneous 5-axis capacity lets us hold tight tolerances on complex, thin-walled geometries in one setup — the same capacity that lets us requalify legacy aerospace brackets without redesigning the part.
Process Overview
How a part moves through cnc machining
Drawing Review & DFM
Every drawing is reviewed for manufacturability before quoting, catching tolerance or feature issues early.
Fixture & Tooling Setup
Dedicated or standardised fixturing is built or pulled from stock for the specific part family.
Roughing
Bulk material is removed to a generous stock allowance using adaptive toolpath strategies.
Finishing
A single rigid finishing pass holds the part to its final drawing tolerance.
In-Process Inspection
Critical dimensions are checked at set intervals through the production run, not just at the end.
Final CMM Inspection
First-article and periodic batch inspection on our CMM before release.
Quality Checks
What we verify at every step
In-process dimensional checks at set intervals through every run
CMM first-article inspection on every new part number
Surface finish verification against drawing callout
Material certification tracked per batch and heat number

Cutting Lead Time 38% for a Tier-1 Automotive Bracket Program
A Tier-1 automotive supplier needed a second source for a structural bracket family with an aggressive ramp schedule. Here's how the program went from quote to full-rate production.

Requalifying a Legacy Aerospace Bracket to AS9100 Tolerances
A 15-year-old bracket design needed to be requalified under current AS9100 documentation standards without changing the part's form, fit or function.
