STS Engineering today announced the commissioning of a new simultaneous five-axis CNC machining line, expanding the company's capacity for complex aerospace geometries that previously required multiple machine setups to complete.

The new line is fully qualified under the company's existing AS9100-aligned process controls and is already running production volume for two active aerospace bracket programs.

Complex aerospace geometries used to mean multiple setups and multiple sources of variation. This line lets us hold tolerance across a single, continuous cycle instead.
