25 Years, One Facility, No Shortcuts
2001
Founded in Bengaluru
Started as a 5,000 sq. ft. STS machining job shop with 12 employees.
2008
ISO 9001 Certified
Formalised our quality management system and won our first Tier-1 automotive contract.
2013
Die Casting Line Added
Expanded in-house capability to high-pressure die casting, doubling our facility footprint.
2018
Aerospace Qualification
Achieved AS9100D certification and commissioned our first 5-axis machining center.
2023
50,000 Sq. Ft. Facility
Completed our current Peenya facility expansion, adding dedicated quality and R&D labs.

A Word From Our Founder
Suresh Menon
Founder & Managing Director
I started STS Engineering in 2001 with five machinists, a rented shed in Peenya, and a simple belief: if you hold every tolerance like it's the one the customer will actually measure, everything else about running a manufacturing business gets easier.
Twenty-five years later, that belief hasn't changed — even though almost everything else has. We've added die casting, five-axis machining, a tool room, and a quality lab that can trace a part back to the heat number of the raw material it came from.
What I'm proudest of isn't the facility size or the client list. It's that most of our shift supervisors started as operators on the machines they now run, and that we've never once shipped a part we wouldn't put our name on.
