Tool & Die Maker

Build and maintain jigs, fixtures and dies for our in-house tool room supporting new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and fit STS jigs, fixtures and press tools
• Perform tool maintenance and refurbishment for running production tools
• Work closely with process engineers during NPI tooling builds
• Maintain tooling records and spare-parts inventory

Requirements

• ITI in Tool & Die Making or equivalent trade certification
• 3+ years of hands-on toolroom experience
• Skilled with surface grinders, EDM and STS hand-fitting
• Ability to read and work from detailed tooling drawings
