Die Casting Supervisor

Lead shift operations on our die-cast lines, owning output, quality and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise die-casting cell operators across an assigned shift
• Monitor casting parameters and drive first-pass yield improvement
• Coordinate tool changeovers with the tool room team
• Enforce safety and 5S standards on the shop floor

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• 5+ years in die casting operations, with supervisory experience
• Hands-on knowledge of HPDC process parameters and troubleshooting
• Comfortable leading a team of 15–20 operators
