CNC Machine Operator

Operate and monitor 3- and 4-axis CNC machines to produce STS components to drawing specification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling/turning centers per work instructions
• Perform in-process dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers and gauges
• Monitor tool wear and coolant levels; flag deviations before they affect quality
• Complete production and quality logs accurately for every batch

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• 2+ years hands-on CNC machining experience
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings and GD&T basics
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
