Manufacturing Process Engineer

Design and optimise machining processes for new product introductions, from drawing review through first-article approval.

Responsibilities

• Review customer drawings for manufacturability and quote feasibility
• Develop process plans, fixture concepts and CNC programs for new parts
• Lead process trials and resolve cycle-time or tolerance issues
• Work with tool room and quality on first-article qualification

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• 4+ years in process or manufacturing engineering, CNC machining background
• Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, NX or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of tolerance stack-up and DFM principles
