Design Engineer – CAD/CAM

Translate customer requirements into manufacturable designs and CNC programs for our machining division.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and drawings for fixtures, tooling and customer parts
• Program CNC toolpaths for 3- to 5-axis machining centers
• Support DFM reviews with the applications and process teams
• Maintain drawing revision control and engineering change records

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years' experience with SolidWorks/NX and a CAM package
• Understanding of machining processes and tolerancing
• Good communication skills for customer-facing drawing reviews
