A one-year structured rotation across machining, quality and process engineering for recent mechanical engineering graduates.
Responsibilities
- Rotate across CNC machining, quality and process engineering functions
- Assist with first-article inspection and process documentation
- Support process engineers on active NPI programs
- Complete structured learning modules with assigned mentors
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, 2026 batch
- Strong fundamentals in manufacturing processes and GD&T
- Willingness to work on the shop floor during the rotation
- Good academic record and a genuine interest in manufacturing
