Overview

Rolling-stock components live under continuous vibration and load cycling for decades, not years — so our railway work leans hard on fatigue-aware design review and robust surface treatment, not just dimensional accuracy.

Most of what we build here are structural and mechanical parts for bogies, couplers and interior fit-out, produced in the batch sizes typical of rolling-stock manufacturing and refurbishment programs.

We manufacture STS-machined and fabricated components for passenger, freight, metro, and high-speed rail applications, supporting both new rolling-stock production and long-term maintenance programs. Every component is produced with strict process control to ensure reliability, durability, and consistent performance throughout its operational life.

Our integrated manufacturing capabilities—including CNC machining, fabrication, welding, surface treatment, assembly, and comprehensive dimensional inspection—enable us to deliver railway components that meet demanding industry standards while helping customers reduce lead times, improve supply chain reliability, and maintain long-term fleet availability.
