HR Executive

Support recruitment, onboarding and shop-floor HR operations across our Bengaluru facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and staff positions
• Run onboarding, induction and statutory compliance documentation
• Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
• Maintain HR records and attendance/leave systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related discipline
• 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, manufacturing sector preferred
• Familiarity with labour law compliance for factory operations
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
