Overview

Our injection moulding line runs engineering-grade polymers for enclosures, housings and STS components, from initial tooling trial through sustained high-volume production.

Every new mould goes through a documented trial and first-article approval before full production release — the same protocol that's held zero-defect delivery on 40,000-unit medical device programs.

Process Overview

How a part moves through injection moulding

1Step 1 of 6

Mould Design Review

Tooling is reviewed for gate placement, cooling and part ejection before a mould is cut.

2Step 2 of 6

Moulding Trial

A trial shot run validates dimensional accuracy and cosmetic finish against the drawing.

3Step 3 of 6

Production Run

The mould moves to production volume once trial parts are approved.

4Step 4 of 6

Trimming / Deflashing

Gate remnants and flash are removed from every part.

5Step 5 of 6

Inspection

Visual and dimensional sampling is run against the production control plan.

6Step 6 of 6

Packaging

Finished parts are packaged per customer specification.

Quality Checks

What we verify at every step

100% visual inspection under controlled lighting where specified

Statistical dimensional sampling per production shift

Material certification and lot traceability
